he’s been really wonderful for me.
he’s seen me sleeping, in my most natural state. shirtless. naked. my mouth open. probably snoring. basically a manner which to most would be deemed highly unattractive. and yet he still spoons me. and he motions to kiss the back of my neck. and he still messages me the next day.
if nothing comes of this, which is entirely likely, he’s been really wonderful for me. he’s shown me, maybe me finding someone is not impossible. maybe i won’t grow old alone, giving my love to 14 feral cats. and passing without anyone knowing, leaving my cats my corpse to feast on.
maybe i won’t have to grow old alone. now wouldn’t that be nice.
